Nishmat Chayim (נִשְׁמַת חַיִּים)
When God formed Adam, dust lay before Him. Then God breathed the Nishmat Chayim — the breath of lives (plural in Hebrew) — into his nostrils, and man became a nephesh chayah, a living soul. The plural is not incidental. God breathed spirit-life, soul-life, and body-life in one exhale. You were engineered for triune life, not survival.
