Death Is Not the End
The Appointment, the Judgment, and the Resurrection
Every human being has one appointment they cannot reschedule — and for those who belong to Christ, it is not the last word.
The body is temporary; eternity is permanent. Scripture treats the body as God's creation, to be honored, but never as our final identity. Every person will stand before God. This is sober truth — and it is exactly why the gospel is such good news. Death does not get the final word over anyone who belongs to Jesus Christ.

Application
What This Means for You
You cannot outrun the appointment, and no amount of health, wealth or achievement will reschedule it. But you can meet it in Christ, and that changes everything about it.
Eternal life is not earned through good works, effort, wealth, age or moral performance. It is a gift received by grace through faith.
The most important decision you will ever make inside of time is what you do with Jesus Christ. Everything else is downstream of that one.
