Jesus, "I Will": The Healer's Compassion
Every "maybe" you were taught is undone by one "I will."
Pastoral summaries in Josué's voice. Click any verse reference for the full AMPC passage in the Bible reader.
Some of us have been asking God the wrong question for years. He already answered it in Matthew 8.
The leper's question is the only real question anyone ever asks God about healing. Jesus' answer — thelo, "I am willing" — signifies settled purpose, not passing mood. If Jesus said "I will" once, He does not change His mind based on your circumstances (Hebrews 13:8). Every subsequent believer stands under that same disposition.
