JC Ministries takes the security of jc-ministries.org and the privacy of its visitors seriously. We welcome reports from security researchers and members of the public who discover potential vulnerabilities, and we are committed to working with you to verify and resolve legitimate issues promptly.

01 How to Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on this site, please email info@jc-ministries.org with the subject line "Security Report". Include as much of the following as you can:

  • A description of the issue and where it was found (URL or page)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • The potential impact, as you understand it
  • Any supporting screenshots or proof-of-concept details

Reports may be submitted in English, Spanish, French, or Haitian Creole.

02 What to Expect From Us

  • We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days.
  • We will investigate and keep you informed of our progress.
  • We will not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith and follow this policy.
  • With your permission, we are happy to credit you once the issue is resolved.

03 Guidelines for Good-Faith Research

When researching, please:

  • Do not access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you
  • Do not degrade the site for other visitors (no denial-of-service or automated flooding)
  • Do not publicly disclose an issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it
  • Only test against jc-ministries.org — third-party services we link to have their own policies

04 Scope

This policy covers the website jc-ministries.org and its subdomains. Our machine-readable disclosure information is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
