Repentance: The U-Turn God Gave You

When God calls His people to repent, the loudest word He uses in Hebrew is shuv — and it doesn't mean "grovel." It means come home. More than a thousand times across the Old Testament, He says it like a Father standing on the porch, calling a name down the road.

Repentance was never meant to keep you face-down in the dirt of your failure. It was meant to get you up off the wrong road and walking back — while the Father is already running to meet you (Luke 15:20).
